This Privacy Policy explains how Meterra Inc. ("Meterra," "we") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Liquis platform, the Liquis Bridge, and our websites (the "Service").
We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service — including operating your tenant, processing billing, providing AI features, communicating with you, and understanding how the Service is used so we can make it better. We limit collection and use to what is reasonably needed for these purposes.
As between us, you own your Customer Data. We act as a processor of it on your behalf. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use one customer's private operational data to train models made available to other customers without your consent. Any models or learnings personalized to your tenant belong to you and travel with you. You control your data and can request export or deletion (Section 6).
We share information only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the Service, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including categories such as: cloud hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud / Firebase), payment processing (Stripe), and AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic) for agent features. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk to protect information, and maintain tenant separation between customers. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate legal, security, and operational purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate, with appropriate safeguards. The Liquis Bridge transmits meter and operational data to the Service to provide connected features; it does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for those features.
